This seminar reviews the correct practices of Ukemi (receiving techniques) according to time-tested principles.
Correct Ukemi leads naturally to the advanced practice of Kaeshiwaza (reversal of techniques). We will review Kaeshiwaza for core techniques.
Recommended for experienced students (2nd Kyu and above; or specific approval).
$70 cost includes lunch.
