Blue Ridge Aikido & Yoga, LLC is dedicated to sharing our love of these arts with the community.  Ron and Irene Malachowsky bring a wealth of experience across the healing spectrum to their practice, from massage therapy and rehabilitation to nursing.

We are located in a tranquil setting just north of
Roanoke, VA, only minutes away from I-81,
Route 11 and Route 460. We provide our students with both individualized and supportive attention. Through the practices of yoga and aikido, one becomes more aware of the interconnectiveness of body, mind and spirit, allowing our lives to flow with optimal ease, energy, and intelligence.

As O'Sensei said, "Aikido is the path toward eternal wisdom and spiritual understanding. You shouldn't train to become strong or to be able to defeat an enemy, but rather that you can be of use to the world."
